Schedule Requirement: This is a full-time position. Candidates must have open availability Monday through Saturday and be committed to working the schedule assigned by management. We are looking for team members who are dependable, punctual, and committed to supporting customer demand and company growth.
Position Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in remodeling their bathrooms. Your role is to professionally communicate with prospective customers, qualify their projects, verify homeowner information, and schedule qualified in-home consultations for our design consultants.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, capable of multitasking, and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, inquiries, and previous customers
- Qualify homeowners based on project scope and service area
- Verify project details and homeowner information
- Confirm all homeowners and decision-makers will be present at the appointment
- Schedule and confirm in-home design consultations
- Maintain consistent communication through phone calls, text messages, and email
- Accurately enter customer information into the CRM system
- Meet and exceed appointment-setting goals
- Represent One Day Bath Solutions with professionalism and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information into a CRM system
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills

- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous call center, appointment setting, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
