2. Time to Care: We dedicate a full 1 hour for adult prophylaxis appointments. You'll never have to rush patient education or your own diagnostic flow.
3. Extra Hands When You Need Them: Running dual overlapping columns? No problem — a hygiene assistant is available to keep you moving seamlessly.
4. No Bad Hours: Our schedule is Tuesday through Thursday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) and alternating Fridays. Enjoy a guaranteed 1-hour daily lunch and absolutely no weekends or holidays.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a warm, energetic, and collaborative Registered Dental Hygienist who genuinely loves what they do.
- Credentials: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Maryland (or eligible for licensure)
- Skills: Comfort with modern digital practice technology (or an eager willingness to learn!)
- Bonus Points: Active Local Anesthesia license is highly preferred
