The Behavioral Health Center at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Caregivers help patients back to the path of hope, happiness and a better quality of life through the center’s treatment services, counseling, classes and screenings. As a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) on this team, you will coordinate with fellow caregivers to create a welcoming, healing and warm environment for patients. This position offers the ability to pursue educational advancement, higher positions and skills development courses offered by Cleveland Clinic. In this role, you have an excellent opportunity to start your nursing career and work in a supportive and caring healthcare setting.
A caregiver in this position works day s from 6:45 A M – 7:15 P M.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide RNs/LPNs with accurate and timely intake/output data, vital signs, blood glucose results and other data, note changes from prior measurement and communicate accordingly.
