The Property Manager is responsible for all phases of the on-site operation of a property. Including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.
Must have experience in working with local housing authority.
Must ensure complete implementation and compliance with Tax Credit/DHCR/Section 8 and any other pertinent housing program requirements.
