Job Summary
Atlas Strategies Inc is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our Crescent team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers greeting shoppers, answering product questions, processing transactions, and helping ensure every visit is a positive one. No prior sales experience is required; we provide full training and are looking for motivated individuals with a great attitude and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Answer product questions and conduct brief product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits
- Use POS systems to process cash and card transactions accurately
- Recommend additional products that match customer needs
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and presentable
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure products are properly stocked and labeled
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily store goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus — not required
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash; basic math skills helpful
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $10.00 per hour
