American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 12+ months of vascular procedure and Cardiac Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting.

Hospital-based Vascular Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Lab setting
-
5x8 hour day shifts totaling 40 hours per week
-
Call requirement of every 3rd evening and every 3rd weekend
-
Required to float across campuses when needed
-
Holiday rotation required
-
Uses Epic EMR
-
Minimum of 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting
-
Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting required
-
Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures required
-
Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience required
-
Peripheral vascular experience required
-
Level I trauma experience preferred
-
Active ARRT (R) or RCIS/CCI certification required

ARRT (CI or VI) highly preferred
-
BLS certification required
-
Iowa Radiology license highly preferred; license required if applicable, and licensing candidates will be considered

Driver's license required for consideration

Professional reference from a supervisor, charge nurse, manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months preferred

Perform vascular interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring

Support Operating Room procedures as needed

First-time travelers are welcomed for this role

Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)

Limited time-off requests are permitted during the winter holiday periods

Prior employment with the facility within the past 12 months may affect submission eligibility
