Role Description
This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll serve as the key point of contact for our clients and a vital partner to our advisory team. You'll own the full relationship lifecycle - from onboarding and account setup through day-today servicing - while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and an exceptional client experience at every step. You'll work closely with advisors and internal team members to keep operations running smoothly and to help build and maintain lasting client relationships.
What you'll do
Client Service & Relationships
- Provide dedicated support to advisors and internal team members
- Service as key point of contact for clients, responding to general, non-investment inquiries such as account balances, liquidity availability, and position information
- Assist in building and strengthening both new and existing client relationships
- Guide clients through enrollment and use of the firm's digital tools, coordinating follow-up to ensure high level of satisfaction
Operations & Account Management
- Support account setup, maintenance, and data integrity across internal systems, including preparing client documentation as directed
- Execute client-directed money movement transactions in coordination with the FA/PWA
- Help prepare client reports and materials, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
- Support the execution of the team's broader business plan and client service model
- Participate in firm-sponsored initiatives, training programs, and special projects as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong client-facing skills, with Client Services or Operations experience focused on building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication abilities and a professional, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
- A solid understanding of finance concepts, preferably within wealth management, asset management, or related financial services
- A high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and comfort analyzing data, reports, and documentation
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams while demonstrating sound judgement and discretion
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in operations or client service within financial services preferred but not strictly required
