Sales Manager Position Summary
CABASE LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth for our electric golf carts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our dealer network, developing fleet and commercial accounts, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets throughout territories.
This position requires a self-starter with experience in B2B sales, dealership development, and customer account management. Knowledge of electric vehicles, golf carts, powersports, or similar industries is preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Identify and recruit new golf cart dealers and distributors.
- Build relationships with golf courses, resorts, municipalities, universities, industrial facilities, and commercial fleet customers.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, trade shows, referrals, and outbound sales.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
Dealer & Customer Management
- Support existing dealers with product training and sales assistance.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Sales Operations
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and pricing proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
- Monitor competitor products and market trends.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
Marketing Support
- Attend trade shows and industry events.
- Assist with product launches and promotions.
- Work with the marketing team to develop dealer materials and campaigns.
- Represent CABASE professionally at customer events.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Submit weekly sales activity reports.
- Track sales & Forecast performance against KPIs.
- Report market feedback and customer needs to management.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
- 3–5 years of outside sales or account management experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Gmail and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Preferred
- Experience selling golf carts, electric vehicles, powersports, automotive, RVs, trailers, or industrial equipment.
- Experience developing dealer networks.
- Familiarity with lithium battery technology and electric vehicles.
