Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Pipe Welders for projects located in and around Arcade Acres, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

Perform precise welds in multiple positions according to job specifications

Conduct post-weld inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards

Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
-
Troubleshoot and adjust welding parameters for optimal performance
-
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
-
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:

Ability to read blueprints

MIG weld stainless pipe

Read blue prints

Use precision measurement tools
