Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Psychiatrist with specialized expertise in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and innovative TMS treatments for patients experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Your focus will be on delivering evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes, utilizing your extensive clinical knowledge and compassionate approach. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, across outpatient and inpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop individualized treatment strategies incorporating psychopharmacology, psychotherapy (including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy), and behavioral health interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment delivery across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth platforms.
- Manage patient records meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting intake, progress notes, medication adjustments, and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Provide crisis management when necessary, ensuring patient safety through timely intervention and appropriate referrals.
- Engage in ongoing data collection and quality improvement initiatives to optimize treatment efficacy and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Post-residency experience specializing in behavioral health, including outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Proven expertise in psychopharmacology, diagnostic evaluation, and mental health counseling across diverse populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities or PTSD.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and medical records management in compliance with HIPAA.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
