- 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.

Your Role: Resident Caregiver
As a Resident Caregiver, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the care and well-being of each resident.
You’ll need a strong understanding of assisted living operations and regulatory compliance, along with a true passion for working with seniors and the ability to lead by example.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and medication management
- Promote and encourage participation in exercise and community programs
- Assist in the setup, service, and cleanup of meals in the dining area
- Maintain a safe environment and report accidents, injuries, or health changes to appropriate staff
- Complete all orientation and state-required training
- Maintain current certifications, if applicable
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
Communication & Documentation:
- Review and document daily updates in the community Daily Log
- Complete all assigned tasks and maintain accurate records in the Resident Service Book and other documentation areas
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A caring, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Ability to respond to emergencies and be flexible with scheduling
- Sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

- Caregiving in a long-term care setting: 1 year (Required)
