We are seeking Assistant Teachers to join our Preschool classrooms. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are beginning their careers in early childhood education and want to grow in a supportive, team-oriented community.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with classroom activities, daily routines including diaper changing, meals, and transitions
- Supervise children indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom community through teamwork and clear communication
- Model patience, kindness, and respect in all interactions with children, families, and colleagues
Qualifications:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
- At least 6 ECE credits
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
