Kaya Bliss is looking for a Dispensary Fulfillment Associate to support accurate, compliant, and efficient back-of-house retail operations. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, reliable, focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regulated cannabis environment.
Our Fulfillment team plays a critical role in the customer experience. They are responsible for preparing orders accurately, supporting product flow, maintaining inventory organization, communicating with the sales floor, and helping ensure every customer receives the correct products in a timely and compliant manner.
This is not a passive back-of-house role. Fulfillment Associates must be able to move with urgency, maintain strong attention to detail, follow procedures carefully, communicate clearly, and support smooth daily operations across sales, delivery, inventory, and leadership teams.

Accurately pick, prepare, and package customer orders according to company procedures

Support in-store, pickup, and delivery order fulfillment as assigned

Verify product accuracy, quantities, labels, order details, and customer information before order completion

Maintain organized product storage, fulfillment stations, and back-of-house work areas

Support inventory accuracy by handling products carefully and following all product movement procedures

Communicate inventory needs, product discrepancies, order issues, and operational concerns to leadership promptly

Work closely with sales floor, delivery, security, supervisors, and management to keep orders moving efficiently

Prioritize orders based on operational needs, customer flow, pickup timing, and delivery timing

Use the point-of-sale system, order management tools, scanners, tablets, or other retail systems accurately

Follow all cannabis compliance procedures related to product handling, order preparation, inventory control, and customer information

Maintain accuracy when handling regulated products, customer orders, product labels, and transaction records

Restock fulfillment supplies and support product organization as needed

Support intake, product placement, inventory organization, and sales floor restocking as directed by leadership

Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant back-of-house environment

Follow all safety, security, product handling, and compliance requirements during each shift

Complete assigned shift duties accurately and on time

Follow direction from supervisors, leads, and store leadership during each shift

Participate in required training, daily communication, and ongoing coaching

Must be 21 years of age or older for regulated cannabis retail duties

Must possess valid government-issued identification

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

At least 1 year of fulfillment, inventory, retail, warehouse, hospitality, customer service, or operations experience preferred

Must be able to stand and walk for long durations during scheduled shifts, with reasonable accommodation where required by law

Must be able to complete required onboarding, verification, and training before beginning regulated duties

Must remain compliant with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements for working in the cannabis industry

Must be available for assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts as needed

Must be able to follow all company policies, safety procedures, compliance requirements, directives, and standard operating procedures

Previous fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, dispensary, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or operations experience

Previous experience picking, packing, staging, or preparing customer orders
-
Familiarity with cannabis product categories, including flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, beverages, and topicals

POS, order management, inventory, or fulfillment system experience
-
Comfort using scanners, tablets, basic computer systems, email, and workplace communication tools

Strong product organization and stockroom maintenance skills

Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for long durations during scheduled shifts. It may also require repetitive movement, reaching, bending, lifting retail products or supplies, restocking shelves, organizing storage areas, using a tablet, scanner, computer system, or POS system, and maintaining awareness of the fulfillment and back-of-house environment.
