POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Layout Coordinator to support the design and layout of our print and digital publications across multiple community news products. This role is responsible for organizing advertising placement, maintaining publication standards, and ensuring accurate production workflows from layout through final upload. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced publishing environment with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS
- Design and layout advertising for multiple print and digital publications using AdforceX software
- Maintain accurate ad placement, pagination, and production documentation for auditing and accounting purposes
- Upload finalized layouts to online publishing systems and organize publication files and archives
- Coordinate with Graphics, Editorial, and Advertising teams to ensure production accuracy and timely delivery
- Assist with newspaper stand maintenance, cross-functional support, and additional production-related tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn publishing/layout software
- Accurate typing skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform general office-related physical tasks
