Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and articulate the organization’s strategic vision, mission, and core values to guide all activities and initiatives
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative programs, campaigns, and projects that align with organizational goals
- Oversee business management functions including financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency
- Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team across creative, administrative, and operational roles
- Cultivate relationships with board members, funders, partners, and community stakeholders to support organizational growth and sustainability
- Drive fundraising efforts for business development by identifying opportunities, engaging donors or sponsors, and securing resources
- Implement strategic planning processes to set priorities, monitor progress, and adapt strategies as needed for long-term impact
Experience
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development coupled with executive leadership in a nonprofit or social enterprise setting
- Extensive background in business management with demonstrated success in team supervision and operational oversight
- Strong financial management experience including budget oversight at an executive level and nonprofit financial practices
- Skilled in marketing, branding, and strategic communication to elevate organizational visibility and engagement
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with board members while managing board relations and expectations
- Experience in fundraising for nonprofit or social enterprise initiatives to support organizational growth and sustainability
- Leadership in strategic management with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit management principles
- Prior experience supervising diverse teams while fostering a collaborative environment focused on shared goals
