As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach help ensure residents receive exceptional care every shift.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, including vital signs

Report changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery goals

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
-
Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
-
Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment
-
Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
-
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
-
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

BLS/CPR certification required
