This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives on operational excellence in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will command the operation, drive the strategy and own the outcome.
What You'll Own
- Direct daily operations across field, warehouse, scheduling, and office teams
- Optimize workflow, eliminate bottlenecks, and streamline communication
- Plan job sequencing, crew allocation, and equipment resourcing
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols
- Manage operational budgets, labor costs, overtime, and material usage
- Align production, warehouse, sales, and administrative teams
- Serve as key point of contact for builders, GCs, and vendors
- Track KPIs and drive performance-based operational improvements
Competitive Edge
- 5+ years operations management in construction, insulation, or related trades
- Proven leadership across multi-department teams
- Strong grasp of construction/insulation materials and jobsite workflow
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Advanced communication skills with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and operational software
