Certified Construction Materials Testing Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Springdale, AR
MTA Engineers is hiring a Certified Construction Materials Testing Technician for our Springdale office. This role includes both field and laboratory testing on construction materials for commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing on asphalt, concrete, soils, and aggregates
- Conduct sampling and quality control
- Review plans/specs and ensure compliance
- Communicate results with contractors and inspectors
- Complete daily reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience
- ARDOT, ACI, CTTP, NICET, or equivalent certifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work flexible hours
- Basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
