- W-2 position (not 1099)
- Pay based on teaching experience, availability, credentials, and FT/PT status
- Must have current legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities
- Create and adapt individualized lesson plans for students
- Track student progress and maintain regular communication with parents
- Participate in semi-annual recitals
- Teach all skill levels, from beginner to advanced
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment
- Assist with light administrative duties, including scheduling and trial lessons
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Music preferred
- 1–2+ years of teaching experience
- Strong communication skills with both students and parents
- Experience with ABRSM/CM/RCM is a plus
- Proficiency in English required

Studio Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- We work with teachers to create a stable, consistent weekly schedule
- Ideal candidates are available at least 2 days/week (5 days/week preferred)
Work-Life Balance
- Studio closes 4 weeks per year: Spring Break (FUSD calendar), Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
