- Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner, creating a welcoming dealership experience.
- Present available vehicles, including new GMC models and a wide variety of pre-owned vehicles from multiple manufacturers
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities in a clear and engaging way
- Conduct test drives while highlighting key selling points and tailoring the experience to customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions clearly, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- Explain vehicle trim levels, options, and available add-ons
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, vehicle specifications, and industry trends
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire buying journey
- Utilize strong public speaking and communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits
