Halligan LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. We are looking for an attorney with at least four years of family law experience who is passionate about helping clients navigate divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, and other domestic relations matters. Compensation:
$120,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Draft and review pleadings, motions, parenting plans, financial disclosures, settlement agreements, and other family law documents
- Manage a family law caseload involving divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and property division matters
- Pursue efficient resolutions whenever possible while remaining prepared to litigate when necessary to protect client interests
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and apply Colorado family law statutes and case law to support case strategy
Qualifications:-
Minimum of 4 years of family law experience handling domestic relations matters
- Must reside within the Denver Metropolitan Area and be available to appear in court as required
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-conflict and emotionally charged situations
- Proven ability to draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Colorado Bar
