Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. This role involves managing the full outbound sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and guide clients through the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
- Build rapport with property owners and investors.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
- Use CRM tools to track pipeline and client interactions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (real estate or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly coachable, motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
