Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Set up breakfast areas, including tables, buffets, and serving stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
- Greet guests warmly, provide attentive customer service, and respond promptly to their needs or dietary requests.
- Maintain food safety standards by handling food properly, adhering to hygiene protocols, and managing food storage correctly.
- Restock supplies, replenish food items, and ensure all serving areas are fully prepared for peak hours.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits, assembling breakfast plates, or setting up catering orders for events or banquets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth breakfast service experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience will be advantageous.
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to work early mornings and stand for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels.
