M-F starting at 8 am
OVERVIEW
SWAV is looking to develop its team of expert cleaning technicians. We are looking for good team players with positive attitudes and a strong work ethic to keep up our quality and efforts to grow and move forward. Technicians will be trained in a variety of services including window cleaning, janitorial, and deep cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Mainly janitorial with some window cleaning. No experience needed. Training provided.
- Work at commercial and residential properties performing cleaning services
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Maintain communication with supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous janitorial or window cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be 21 and have a good driving record
- Transportation access to job site
- Must have a smartphone with phone service
- Must live in the job location
- Team player
- Be able to clear a drug screening within two weeks of hire.
- Detail oriented
