Position Overview
As a Pool & Beach Attendant, you will create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service. This role involves ensuring guest safety, maintaining facility cleanliness, and assisting with recreational activities. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to deliver memorable experiences at our pool and beach facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a fun, relaxing, and safe environment by engaging positively with guests.
- Monitor activity in and around the pool and beach areas, responding quickly and appropriately in case of emergency.
- Enforce facility rules and safety guidelines in a professional and courteous manner.
- Recognize when guests may not be safely participating in an activity and notify a supervisor as needed.
- Provide first aid and assist injured guests until emergency services arrive.
- Manage towels and equipment according to company procedures (obtain, fold, stock, and organize).
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Complete required safety training and maintain certifications.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and comply with company standards.
- Treat guests and team members with respect, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lbs. as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
- Prior hospitality or recreational experience preferred but not required.
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
