This is a part-time teaching position which is appointed on a per-semester basis. There is an opportunity for renewal each semester and year.
Essential Functions:

Teach up to six credits per semester of: graduate-level courses under the umbrella of Healthcare Administration classes, covering topics such as: Legal Health Care Admin, Management & Marketing in Health Care, Medical Ethics in Health Care, and Health Care Finance.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the healthcare administration field, including current industry practices and trends.

Manage online grading system and submit grades in a timely fashion.

Abide by all relevant university and/or department procedures and policies.

Integrate the core values of respect, integrity, justice, compassion, and service in all aspects of interaction
Qualifications:

Master’s degree (or higher) in healthcare administration or related field. Candidates with terminal degrees will be given preference.

Demonstrated successful teaching experience at the graduate level is preferred.

Ability to teach in lecture, hybrid, and online formats.

Experience using learning management systems, such as Blackboard.

Must be available for online and/or in-person classes, in Lakewood, NJ, on Saturdays.
Salary Details $1085 per credit per course
