This role supports each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through intentional teaching, positive guidance, and meaningful relationships. The teacher plans engaging activities, maintains a clean and organized classroom, and communicates warmly and professionally with families. A Child Care Teacher models patience, kindness, and consistency while helping children build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
