Job Title: Office Manager
Pay Range: $26-$29/hour + Benefits
Full Time with some flexibility: 35-40 hours/week

About Us
We have almost 30 years of experience in diagnosing and treating patients including from the Florida Keys, South Florida, and patients from many parts of the country, including professional athletes. We’re cutting edge experts on the latest conservative and surgical treatments for medical conditions and surgery of the foot, ankle and lower leg, and treatments for wounds. Our service oriented practice focuses on the impact that foot health can have on overall health. Whether it is a new or pre-existing condition, our triple board-certified surgeons are committed to understanding pain, how it affects health, and treating our patients with care.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Each day you will have many moving parts to wrangle. You will be responsible for overseeing everything is accomplished with both quality and accuracy on your own tasks and also for the front office and medical assistant teams. Below is a snapshot of what you will be doing on a given day:
- Involved with patient billing and health insurance billing while double checking our third party billing agency for accuracy
- Managing EHR systems and following all HIPPA regulations
- HR tasks including hiring assistance, training new staff and problem resolution
- Approving and double checking Accounts Payable for accurate bills and investigating discrepancies when necessary
- Keeping general business insurances and licenses up to date and managing any issues that arise
- Marketing to include supervising our social media company and other one-off marketing projects
- General office duties such as scanning, filing & scheduling appointments when necessary
- Assisting doctors with other tasks and requests as they arise
30-60-90 Day Goals
30 Days
- Total understanding of office shift schedules (We have 3 offices; it can be a little complicated at first)
- Full understanding of our existing processes and procedures
60 Days
- Identifying new ways to streamline the office and processes we are currently using
- Coming up with ideas and ways to strengthen the team’s culture
90 Days
- Implementing new streamlined office processes & procedures
- You have earned the respect and trust of the staff and are fully integrated into the team
Your Background Includes
- Office management experience
- Managing other employees
- Preferred experience navigating medical billing systems, fielding insurance questions/issues and familiar with HIPPA laws and regulations
