We are looking for a Full-Time Automotive Technician with a strong background in suspension, steering, and alignments to join our crew. You’ll handle everything from routine maintenance to precision specialty work, all within an environment that keeps stress low, respects your time, and keeps team spirit high.
What You’ll Do Daily:
- Diagnose & Repair: Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections) alongside complex steering, suspension, and alignment adjustments.
- Inspect & Recommend: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying safety or maintenance needs and providing clear recommendations.
- Connect with Customers: Help our local community by providing honest, friendly explanations so customers feel confident about their repairs.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team that treats each other like family to keep the shop running smoothly.
- Document Your Work: Keep clean, accurate records of all services and diagnostics performed.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
- The Specialty: Proven strength and confidence in suspension, steering, and alignment work.
- The Essentials: Strong knowledge of modern automotive systems, sharp problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and handle the physical demands of a shop environment.
- Bonus Points: Experience with welding, equipment repair, auto body work, or familiarity with a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
