About the Job:

Customer service. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. Clean and restock restrooms to ensure hygiene and a positive customer experience. Maintain the appearance and function of gas pumps and islands-remove trash, perform light repairs, and make them shine!

Keep outdoor areas (walkways, parking lots, building windows) clean using sweeping, mopping, and power washing. Tidy up the inside of the store-sweep, mop, vacuum, and make sure aisles are organized and presentable. Empty and dispose of trash from both inside and outside regularly. Track tasks and work orders.

Embrace the unexpected. Perform minor maintenance on fuel dispensers (hardware, printers, filters). Handle basic facility repairs like replacing light bulbs or fixing simple plumbing issues.
You will be a great fit if…

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Experience in janitorial, facility, or grounds maintenance a plus

Comfortable with tools, light repairs, and basic troubleshooting

Familiarity with maintenance systems (CMMS) preferred

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
