PrimeLife Iowa is hiring a motivated and patient‑centered PA-C or NP to join our Integrative Medicine team. This role focuses on BHRT, metabolic health, weight management, and integrative wellness. Ideal for a provider who loves patient education, collaborative care, and a four‑day workweek.
What You'll Do
- Perform new‑patient intakes, exams and follow‑ups
- Diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions using a Functional Medicine approach
- Create individualized treatment plans including BHRT, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation
- Supervise medical weight‑loss protocols
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
- Perform BHRT pellet insertions (training provided)
- Administer IV therapy, IM injections, and blood draws
- Educate patients on wellness, procedures, and targeted supplementation
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold HIPAA standards Procedures & Technical Skills
What You Bring
- Active Iowa NP or PA license
- CPR/AED and ACLS certifications
- IV therapy and phlebotomy experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail‑oriented, positive, and eager to learn
Preferred:
- Functional Medicine or Anti-Aging training (A4M, IFM)
- BHRT experience
- Primary Care or Family Medicine background
- Aesthetic injection experience (not required)

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive clinical procedures
- Ability to assist with patient positioning and occasional lifting
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused clinical setting
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
