Join our team as a Sales Support Assistant serving a 30+ person manufacturing facility and play a vital role in supporting our project managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of projects from inception through shipment.

Duties
- Assist project managers in day-to-day functions
- General data entry, including quotes, sales orders, work orders and bills of material
- Item cost tracking
- Interaction with customers
- Job tracking through production
- Closing work orders prior to invoicing
Requirements
- Proven experience with customer support
- Strong understanding of project coordination
- Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately using 10 key typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
