Dependable. Attention to detail. Committed. Driven to win. Sound like you?
If so, we're a thriving neighborhood auto repair shop looking to add a seasoned SERVICE ADVISOR / MANAGER TRAINEE to a crew of motivated, well-supported, high-earning pros.
We want someone who can pick up our process faster than anyone we've met, then run inside that process to raise the bar with sharper inspections, clearer customer conversations, and a tone that earns trust on every visit.
We've earned a quality reputation in our area over more than twenty years. Great customers, skilled technicians, and a clean, climate-controlled facility that's actually comfortable to work in. We've built a place where you'll be respected, and where everyone pulls together to help each other do well and live better.
If lately you've felt overlooked or capable of more than your current shop lets you be, this is your chance to step up somewhere that'll have your back.
A few reasons to consider us:
- Reliable equipment, top-tier shop management software, bright workspaces, and a break room that doesn't feel like an afterthought.
- Pay plans that put earning power in your hands. Professional work means professional pay.
- NO WEEKENDS. Monday through Friday, full stop.
- Ongoing paid training and development.
- A culture where advisors and technicians genuinely back each other up.
- Straight talk, with our team and with every customer.
What the role looks like day to day:
- Greet customers, get to the heart of their concerns, walk them through preventive maintenance, and route the vehicle to the tech without delay.
- Turn the technician's findings into a clear, honest estimate any customer can follow.
- Stay on top of invoices, deliveries, returns, cores, and follow-up.
- Solve problems. Our reputation was built by taking care of the people we serve, and we need someone who delivers that every time.
- Treat every customer the way you'd want your own family treated.
- Learn our systems inside and out, then help lead the team to that same standard with patience, respect, and accountability.
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years as an automotive service advisor, OR management experience at a tire shop or quick lube.
- A track record of following processes precisely and holding others to it.
- Strong communication skills, both with customers and with ownership.
- A verifiable history as a steady, reliable employee. If hopping shops every year is your pattern, this won't be your fit.
- Pride in your work, sharp problem-solving, and real attention to detail.
Above all, the person we're after is honest, grounded, respectful, caring, and self-motivated.
Apply through Indeed. Every contact with us stays fully confidential. Don't sit on it.
Benefits include:
- A genuinely respectful, positive place to work
- Company-provided uniforms
- Company-assisted health, dental, and vision; supplemental options too
- Retirement plan with a percentage match
- Paid vacation and paid holidays
- Paid ongoing training
- A professional, climate-controlled facility with best-in-class point-of-sale and shop management tools
- Marketing that brings in quality customers who trust your recommendations
Qualified candidates start with a phone interview, and standouts get invited in to meet the team.
Send your resume through Indeed, and we'll be in touch quickly.
