Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a first-class customer experience.
- Assist customers with selecting the perfect luxury or exotic vehicle for their needs.
- Process rental agreements, payments, and vehicle returns.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
- Explain vehicle features, rental policies, and insurance options.
- Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate rental records.
- Upsell premium services, memberships, and vehicle upgrades.
- Ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition.
- Work closely with the operations team to maintain a seamless rental experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, automotive, or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
