Position Summary
Sitzmark Vail is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to support the daily operations of the hotel's complimentary breakfast service. This position is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and replenishing the breakfast buffet while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests. The Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience through exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety standards.
This position requires a Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:45 AM to 11:45 AM, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking reliable part-time morning hours in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet prior to service each morning
- Ensure all food items are attractively presented and stocked throughout breakfast hours
- Monitor food quality and replenish buffet items as needed
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with breakfast-related requests
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining room, serving stations, and kitchen spaces
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and assist with daily kitchen and dining area cleanup
- Properly store and restock food products according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and operational needs promptly
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Reliable and able to consistently work Monday through Thursday, 6:45 AM to 11:45 AM
- Ability to arrive on time for early-morning shifts
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Attendant, Server, Barista, or similar food service role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience working in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting

- 6:45 AM to 11:45 AM
