Personal Trainer

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Training & Coaching
- Conduct personalized training sessions based on each client's goals, fitness level, and needs.
- Design and implement individualized workout programs that deliver measurable results.
- Provide guidance on exercise technique, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Motivate, educate, and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continued success.
Program Development & Results Tracking
- Perform fitness assessments and assist clients with goal setting.
- Track performance metrics and maintain accurate progress records.
- Apply evidence-based training principles, biomechanics, and progressive programming methods.
- Develop both individual and small-group training programs focused on long-term client outcomes and retention.
Facility & Member Experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
- Deliver a professional, positive, and welcoming experience for all members.
- Contribute to a results-driven culture centered on accountability, progression, and member success.
QualificationsRequired
- Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) or comparable industry experience.
- Experience training clients in a fitness or coaching environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Experience creating customized fitness programs based on client goals and needs.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Performance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of exercise programming, biomechanics, and progressive training methodologies.
- Additional certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, fitness coaching, or related specialties.
Compensation
- Session Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per 30-minute session, based on experience and performance.
- Commissions: Commissions and 5% on receivables for qualified applicants.
