We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Home Remodeler to bring transformative visions to life through expert craftsmanship and innovative renovation techniques. In this role, you will lead and execute a variety of remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of residential spaces. Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinetry installation with precision.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing.
- Conduct construction inspection to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Manage construction site activities, including heavy equipment operation, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup.
- Install various finishes such as plastering, stucco, painting, caulking, and restoration work to achieve polished results.
- Collaborate with team members on plumbing and electrical installations while ensuring compliance with schematics and technical requirements.
- Oversee construction estimating and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of remodels.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, and inspection reports for quality control purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in residential remodeling projects.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry—including frame carpentry, roofing, trim work—and masonry techniques such as concrete forming and finishing.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, glass installation, cabinet fitting, and flooring installation.
- Proficiency in operating power tools, heavy equipment, scaffolding systems, and fabrication machinery.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus.
- Ability to read technical schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions diligently.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid experience in construction site safety practices along with the ability to identify hazards proactively. Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
