Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely hauling materials and pavement to our various road crews. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Working overtime will be required.
Duties
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Ensure that cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required. Class A or Class B
- Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in transportation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
