Job Overview
We are hiring reliable, hardworking general laborers to join our demolition crews. You'll work on residential and commercial jobsites across the greater Charlotte area, tearing down structures, clearing debris, and preparing sites for new construction. No experience? No problem — we'll train the right people.
Duties
- Safely demolish structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision
- Assist with site preparation, including debris removal, material sorting, and site cleanup
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators or bulldozers for controlled demolition tasks (If Applicable)
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project timelines are met
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in demolition preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment operation
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to demolition activities and construction sites
- Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or roofing is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform demanding labor tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
