Green & Clean Landscaping and Construction is seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly motivated individual to serve as bookkeeper/assistant office manager. Green & Clean Landscaping and Construction is a family-owned business serving the Central San Joaquin Valley. We have been established since 2007 and are looking to find someone who is ready to join the family and assist with the current growth of the company.
Requirements Include:
- The candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks Online, all Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, etc).
- Bookkeeping function requires maintenance of accounts receivable, payables, payroll reporting, and monthly closings.
- Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Duties include:
- Coordination and reconciliation of vendor statements
- Daily input and reconciliation of a high volume of invoices.
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records and reports electronically
- Tracking and payments of DMV registration for company fleet
- Office supply inventory and ordering.
- Streamlining of processes
- Maintain scheduling
· Perform other administrative and clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience bookkeeping/office administration (preferably in the landscape and/or construction industry)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive background with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines
- Dependable, punctual, and ability to perform at a professional level

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
