Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and EXPERIENCED Compact Track Loader Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating track loaders to facilitate excavation, grading, material handling, and site preparation activities. Your expertise will ensure efficient project progress while adhering to safety standards and construction best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects while maintaining a focus on safety, precision, and productivity. YOU MUST HAVE 3 YRS MINI EXPERIENCE AT RUNNING A COMPACT LOADER DOING FINISH GRADING
Responsibilities
- Operate track loader and flatbed truck/trailer to perform excavation, grading, loading, and site cleanup tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow detailed construction plans and specifications to execute grading, utility installation, paving, and other site development activities accurately.
- Assist with construction utility work including utility locating to prevent damage during excavation activities.
- Adhere strictly to federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures at all times.
- Support other operation tasks such as needed for project completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure construction site safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project.
Skills
- Proven experience operating compact track loader.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in construction grading, excavation, paving, and utility work with a solid understanding of construction site processes.
- Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols during all operations.
- Ability to perform utility locating accurately to avoid underground utility damage during excavation activities.
- Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in commercial driving is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring safety compliance on-site.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
