We are seeking a dedicated Juicer and Fruit Preparation Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh juices and fruit products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your primary focus will be on non-alcoholic beverage preparation, ensuring that all fruits are properly cleaned, cut, and packaged for customer enjoyment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and hygiene are essential.
Duties
- Reliably person who would clean and prepare fresh fruit for juicing, including washing and sanitizing to meet food safety standards.
- Cut and package fruit for bowls and bottled fresh press juices, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, including equipment, utensils, and surfaces, through regular cleaning routines.
- Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
- Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Skills
- Strong understanding of food safety practices related to fruit handling and beverage preparation.
- Ability to efficiently clean, cut, and prepare a variety of fruits for juicing and packaging.
- Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring product quality.

- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work collaboratively with team members.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures for commercial kitchen or juice bar environments.
- Food handler certificate helpful but not necessary
