- Conduct routine property maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Perform inspections to identify and address issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Handle basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Assist in the maintenance of landscaping and outdoor areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of public areas and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Proficient in carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Ability to perform routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

During this time, you will assess current maintenance programs, build relationships with department leaders, identify improvement opportunities, and establish preventive maintenance initiatives that support operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and long-term asset preservation
Pay: $46,438.91 - $55,926.43 per year
