Job Responsibilities:

Entail but not limited to oversee daily operations of the office, managing patient relations, achieving and setting operational goals, hiring training and managing staff, presenting treatment plans and arranging and maintaining financial agreements....
Qualifications:

*Must have leadership and managerial experience.
*Expertise with Dentrix
*Have good customer service.
*Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
*Be a team player.
* Show professionalism at all times.
*Be reliable and responsible .
*Must have experience selling and getting tx plan acceptance and maintaining financial agreements .
* SPANISH speaking is a must
