Thrive Therapeutic Services is hiring an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who can help us continue to progress toward our mission as an agency. That mission is to therapeutically treat the mental and behavioral health needs of historically and systemically marginalized people who want and deserve an improved quality of life.
We provide culturally relevant individual, family, and group psychotherapy and social-emotional trauma-focused training for educators. The change we aim to make in this world is to increase community access to high-quality, timely, consistent, and effective mental health therapy.
Who WE Are
Thrive Therapeutic Services is a community mental health agency dedicated to nurturing a culture where everyone is empowered to show up to work as their whole, authentic selves.
At Thrive, employee well-being is paramount. When you are authentically and tangibly supported at work, you are better able to show up for yourself, family, friends, and clients. Here, both your professional and personal lives matter.
Please Note: We are not a non-profit.

Personal Responsibility - We are brave enough to admit when we’re wrong or when we’ve made mistakes. We take the initiative to correct the issue. We are here to own our individual part in all co-created messes AND masterpieces.
Equity, Inclusion and Justice - We believe Black Lives Matter, Women's Rights are Human Rights, No Human Is Illegal, Love Is Love, Kindness Above All Else, Vaccines Save Lives... you get the idea.
Diversity and inclusion here is intentional. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace makes our impact stronger; we care about including diverse perspectives and experiences throughout every level of our agency. We are committed to honoring, celebrating, and fostering diversity and inclusion on our team, in our clients, and within our community. Our team reflects our community. We value, respect, and support all types of diversity across all identities.
