Center Grove Orchard is hiring for multiple positions across the farm. Whether you love working with people, working with your hands, or working outdoors, we've got a spot for you.
New hires start training Sept 21st! Scheduling runs Sept 28–Oct 31. We especially need weekend help in October.
Positions Available:
- Admissions Staff – Greet guests, sell tickets, and answer questions at the gate
- Animals and Barn Crew – Help with bottle goats and maintain barn areas
- Bakery Crew – Help bake and prep our fresh-made goods
- Candy Kitchen Crew – Help make our homemade apples and nuts
- Coffee Shop Staff – Craft drinks and provide great customer service
- Donut Maker – Fry up our famous fresh donuts (training provided!)
- Farm Production Staff – Support behind-the-scenes food production (kettle corn, homemade lemonade, bottling cider, fry cutting process of ourhome grown potatoes)
- Farmyard Crew – Help run farmyard activities and guest experiences
- Food Staff – Prepare and serve food to guests with a smile
- Hayride Attendant – Assist guests on information about the farm and ensure a safe on and off ride
- Janitorial Staff – Keep our facilities clean and welcoming for guests
- Parking Attendant – Direct traffic and help guests park safely
- Tractor Driver – Operate tractors for hayrides (valid driver's license required)- test required
- Train Engineer – Operate our farm train and provide a fun, safe ride for guests -test required
- Warehouse Attendant – Assist with inventory, stocking, and internal deliveries
- You-Pick Staff – Guide guests through our apple orchards for picking
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, hardworking team members
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends and peak season hours during October
- 10 hours a week required
- No experience necessary for most roles — we'll train you
- Hours 9am-7pm, Tuesday Closed, In October Friday and Saturday hours will be 9am-9pm

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
