Nieves Alis Cleaning is looking for dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and professional Residential Cleaners to join our growing team from different areas.
We provide high-quality residential cleaning services using pet- and family-friendly products whenever possible. We are building our team and looking for individuals who take pride in their work, respect clients' homes, and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
Residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train dependable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Please note: We are a new and growing company. Permanent part-time or full-time employment is not guaranteed at this time. Work assignments will depend on client demand, your availability, reliability, and performance. As our business grows, there may be opportunities for consistent part-time or full-time hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform standard and deep residential cleaning.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally with the office.
- Treat every client's home, belongings, children, and pets with care and respect.
- Take before and after photos when required by the company.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to complete paid virtual onboarding before accepting assignments.

- Starting pay of $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
