Head Housekeeper
Aisling Suites – Great Falls, MT
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Aisling Suites is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming accommodations while leading by example.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Clean guest rooms and apartment suites to company standards.
- Inspect completed rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness.
- Clean and maintain common areas throughout the property.
- Assign daily housekeeping tasks and help prioritize room turnovers.
- Train and support housekeeping staff.
- Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals on time.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Assist with laundry as needed.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.
- Help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be reliable, organized, and have excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
