Front Desk Receptionist – Tattoo & Piercing Shop
Location: Downtown Nashville, TN
Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour
Nashville Ink Tattoo & Piercing is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have great organizational skills, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check clients in for appointments and walk-in services.
- Process customer payments and check clients out.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Help keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting the artists and piercers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus but not required.
