Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls and emails from internal and external customers regarding product specifications, warranties, installation procedures, preparation requirements, regulatory compliance, and related topics.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute internal and external correspondence and documentation, including product specification sheets.
- Collaborate with the sales team, customers, and installers to identify and resolve product-related issues.
- Work with Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality Control, and other departments to provide effective support to customers and the sales organization.
- Support the Claims team by providing technical expertise when required.
- Maintain daily interaction with internal and external customers.
- Handle technical inquiries, provide recommendations, and develop alternative solutions to customer concerns.
- Conduct testing of new products and maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in technical flooring role.
- Proficiency in AS400 and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands
